No loud music, parties, or gatherings outside past 10 PM, and this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest of disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND. - This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home. - Please do not smoke in the property. Any sign of smoking within the property will result in a $1,000 penalty. - We do not allow unverified guests that are not part of the reservation, so only the amount of guests disclosed will be allowed in the property. - Any undisclosed guest will be charged $25 dollars per night, for each additional guest. - We do not allow anyone to receive UPS, Mail, or any packages at our properties.
