Unauthorized events will result in a $1,000 fee and booking cancellation. Quiet Hours Let’s keep it peaceful from 10PM to 8AM. One warning, then a $250 fine or possible removal if noise continues. Extra Guests Only the people listed on the reservation, please. Extra guests will be charged $50/night each. Pets No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet will result in a $1000 fee. Don’t Touch the Tech Please don’t move or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or noise monitors. This may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Early check-in or late check-out is $50/hour if approved. Unapproved early or late access is $100/hour. By booking, you agree to keep things respectful. 11/10. I hate how amazing Naomi’s place was now every city or country we go to we have to try to find a place like this. And there’s no way we can find a place this good for a price this good. We’re so cooked :(

Location was prime and host was super responsive. We were here for the Honolulu Marathon and were able to walk right back when it was over. Beyond convenient. Unit was super clean, exactly what we expected.

Amazing location within prime Waikiki! We had amazing beach days, steps away and with 2 young kids - it was a blessing to come back home rather than needing to drive back! The home layout was perfect, TV size was humongous (Which my 5 year old loved! :)) - 2 baths were also amazing.. like having 2 balconies as well which gave great views of mountains and other skyscrapers (no ocean view) - lots of amazing eateries around including food trucks which we enjoyed .. International marketplace is stone's throw away which was perfect! We also walked to Royal Hawaiian center. We also walked to acquarium and zoo! I only required to take my car out to go PCC and discovery museum. I would say the home is well stocked and highly recommended for stay with kids - one thing which i felt missing and which was stated in listing was "dishwasher" - we had to clean our dishes every night (which was a hassle with baby bottles) and that was only a negative for this home.

We had such a lovely stay with Naomi! The place was perfect for our family, clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a short walk from the beach. It made getting out with the kids super easy, and we loved being close to restaurants and shops too. Naomi was a wonderful host, very responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Our stay with Naomi in Honolulu was fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family trip with kids.
