If it smells like smoke, we’ll need to charge a $500 cleaning fee. No Parties or Events We love good vibes, but no parties or large gatherings. Unauthorized events will result in a $1,000 fee and booking cancellation. Quiet Hours Let’s keep it peaceful from 10PM to 8AM. One warning, then a $250 fine or possible removal if noise continues. Extra Guests Only the people listed on the reservation, please. Extra guests will be charged $50/night each. Pool Heating Available for a small fee. Please let us know ahead of time, and kindly remind us one day before your arrival if you would like to add this service. $100 per night – 1-night stay $80 per night – 3 nights or more/Night. Pets No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet will result in a $1000 fee. Don’t Touch the Tech Please don’t move or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or noise monitors.
