Unauthorized events will result in a $1,000 fee and booking cancellation. Quiet Hours Let’s keep it peaceful from 10PM to 8AM. One warning, then a $250 fine or possible removal if noise continues. Extra Guests Only the people listed on the reservation, please. Extra guests will be charged $50/night each. Pets No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet will result in a $1000 fee. Don’t Touch the Tech Please don’t move or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or noise monitors. This may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal.
